V.Anweiler, P.Dębski, E.Szantyr & Partners, the Legal Advisers Office CASUS IURIS, General Partnership Company, was set up in 1991. Its registered office is situated in the capital of Low Silesia - Wrocław.
We are pleased to inform, that in 2010 we celebrated the nineteenth anniversary of our activity on the market.
Since the very beginning, our Legal Office successfully cooperates with Polish and foreign companies, providing them with complex legal assistance. Our clients are small and medium-size companies, as well as big Polish and international concerns of various profiles of activity but also local government units and state administration bodies.
We also have much experience in representing employers in complicated labor disputes and in providing legal aid in the process of their resolution.
In 2010 our Office established the permanent co-operation with the Legal Clinics Foundation in the framework of the Programme “Pro Bono Center” – provision of free legal aid to the non-governmental organizations.
Thinking about our clients, and particularly taking care of the quality of the legal services rendered, we employ twenty one qualified and carefully selected employees including twelve experienced legal advisers and one advocate.
Our employees are fluent in English, German, Russian, and French, which is the reason of our success in providing legal services also for foreign companies and international corporations which either have their branch offices or daughter-companies in the territory of the Republic of Poland.
Over grand undertakings, such as investment processes, purchase of real estate, fusions, takeovers, labor disputes, complicated court proceedings, always several lawyers specializing in various fields cooperate under the supervision of experienced legal adviser.
In addition to the above services our Law Office provides legal aid for entrepreneurs and for the privite clients( as well for the interested persons) in reference to proceedings in order to obtain residence and work permit within territory of RP for foreigners, who are not citizens of UE.
Our nineteen years of experience combined with a broad and constantly developed knowledge of our lawyers make the services we render professional and solid. Thanks to that we have become one of the best legal offices in Low Silesia and in Poland.
Our legal office occupies high places in the rankings of newspapers Gazeta Wyborcza and Rzeczpospolita. Legal office has occupied sixht place in ranking carried out in September 2008 by Gazeta Prawna among small legal offices for 20 lawyers, tax advisers, patent commissioners (small legal office). The legal office has also received honorable mention in the category: "Supporting the young lawyers" among small legal offices.
In the national ranking conducted in 2009 by Rzeczpospolita newspaper our Legal Office has occupied 67th place regarding the number of advocates and legal advisors and 41st place regarding the turnover.
On the 12th of October in National Museum in Wroclaw took place a gala where the 17th edition of Lower Silesian Business Certificate were given out. Chapter of Lower Silesian Business Certificate led by Lower Silesian Voivodeship Marshal distributed regional certificate to several dozen of firms and companies for credibility and high quality of provided services One of the Members of the Chapter of Lower Silesian Business Certificate is the Governor of Lower Silesia. Among entities who received certificate in question no 449/2010 (previously no 0318/2009) is also our law firm, which again confirmed in this manner membership of Lower Silesian. Granting to our law firm Lower Silesian Business Certificate acknowledges that law firm Casus Iuris associates with quality and solidity of work, of which we are proud and satisfied.
